If you would like a quotation for this, please provide an address and I will be able to price this for you.
HOW LONG DOES EACH APPOINTMENT TAKE?
For a standard make over, I always allow an hour and a half. This allows time to fit the brief completely and any 'tweaking' if needs be. Please note this only involves minor tweaking such as applying a darker lip colour.
For wedding trials, please allow two hours, this will allow plenty of time for a consultation and make-up application. This also allows time for any 'tweaking'. Once we are happy with your make-up, I will take photos, and make notes of the products used so I can easily re-create your look on the day.

For event/SFX/festival make-up, times may vary and this will be discussed at the time of booking.

For mobile appointments I will turn up 10 minutes before to allow time to set up.

I'M GETTING MARRIED AND I DON'T KNOW HOW SOON TO CONSIDER BOOKING YOU?
I do get booked up quickly for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Wedding season is particularly busy, so I would recommend booking early to get the date of your choice.
DO I HAVE A TRIAL BEFORE MY WEDDING DAY?
Yes, I like to meet you and discuss your desired look you require for the wedding day. This gives us a good chance to sit and discuss various looks. I will apply the required style so you can see and feel how you are going to look on your wedding day. They say it's the most important day of your life, so I want to make sure you look and feel that way also. It's also an amazing opportunity to get to know eachother.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR THE TRIAL AND WEDDING DAY?
For your consultation and trial, if you have any ideas of what you would like then it may be useful to provide some pictures, either from the internet or magazines. This will help when discussing looks, but please don't worry if you haven't got any thing or you are unsure as to what to go for, I can make plenty of suggestions! If you have a photo of your dress, it will help me to see what style you are going for and also a swatch of your colour scheme.
I can create many styles of make-up , anything from very glamorous with smokey eyes to an 'English Rose' which is pretty, fresh and natural. Or if you prefer, very natural but "you" at your very best!
For your trial it's best to not wear any make-up, but if you would rather show me what you normally wear that's fine. It's a good idea too if you can wear a similar colour top to your dress, as this helps to reflect the colour back into your face and helps you to see what it will look like!
On the day of the wedding, please do not have any makeup on, just cleansed skin.
DO YOU OFFER HAIR SERVICES ALSO?
No I do not. But I may be able to recommend amazing mobile hair-stylists dependant on the location.
IS IT BEST TO HAVE HAIR OR MAKE-UP DONE FIRST?
Either way is fine, If your hair is done first I will never disturb your hair. I will however need to ensure that your hair is off your face to achieve the best possible outcome. It is also best to ensure you wear a button up or zip up top, so you are able to get changed easily without disturbing your make-up.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU CATER FOR ON THE DAY?
Approximately 5 adults is usually my limit. This is due to the time it takes on the day, but this can vary depending on the time of your wedding and plans for getting ready and style of the make-up. I can advise when planning timings with you.
ARE YOU ABLE TO COME OUT IN THE EVENING OF THE WEDDING TO REFRESH/CHANGE MY MAKE-UP?
An evening service is also available. You are able to choose from a refresh, a mini make-over or a complete new look. If this is something you are interested in just let me know at the time of booking and I will be able to discuss this further with you.
